Pepsi Bottling Group came to Click Point for help in creating standardized training for its field service technicians across North America. Over a five-year period, Click Point worked with PBG content experts and IT personnel to develop and deploy a series of 25 training modules aimed at technicians and other employees from the marketing equipment group. Module content comprises text, photos, instructional videos and voice-over narration -- as well as interactive examples and quizzes. Each module concludes with a Knowledge Assessment that tests and reports technician success to a central database.
Click Point is currently developing a number of training programs -- based on the standardized model we created -- for other groups at Pepsi.
