Click Point Receives Horizon Awards for Interactive Media

The Horizon Interactive Awards is a prestigious international competition recognizing outstanding achievement among interactive media producers. Click Point Ranch received awards for two of its interactive projects in 2009:

Title: Fish Hatchery Management Game

Client: The Wildlife Experience

Title: The Sonoran Desert Night

The Fish Hatchery Management Game is a graphically rich, interactive Flash application that will be used by middle schools in the Denver region as part of their math and science curriculum. It reviews the complex world of a fish hatchery operation where students become the hatchery manager. In the game, students learn about fishery biology and the complexity of developing successful stocking programs.

The Sonoran Desert Night is an interpretive touch screen presentation for The Wildlife Experience’s Globeology exhibit. Globeology is the museum’s largest permanent one-of-a-kind exhibit that will feature eight biomes of significance on earth. The Sonoran Desert Night was one of fifteen interactive presentations Click Point did for Globeology.
